Our Story

Chefs John & Shirley developed a passion for catering imaginative food and flavorful recipes in family businesses.

Preparing meals and perfecting taste was second nature to Shirley who cooked at the elbow of relatives in restaurants. John, a master butcher,  selected the best meats for customers who relied on his preparation, seasoning and cooking techniques.

Together John & Shirley have created delicious catering menus that have tantalized client tastebuds for more than 15 years in Central Florida.

John & Shirley have cooked in the kitchen of world-renowned chef Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France.  Their travels have included Venezuela; Beaujolais, France; Xiamin, China; and London. While sharing recipes and learning chefs’ methods they left indelible marks on everyone they cooked with.

From Mama Brigitte, a grandmother with whom they shared their secret to the perfect salad in Beaujolais, to anyone who’s tried their world-famous Senorio de Ibros Olive Oil, Shirley’s Swamp Salsa, Johnny Kabobs Rubs & Spices,  grilled chicken and healthy meals, Chefs John & Shirley bring fabulous food to every occasion.
